Returns & Exchanges
We want you to thoroughly enjoy and love our products the way we do. With that said, sometimes a scent doesn’t sit well with you if you’ve not smelled it previously, or perhaps you accidentally ordered the wrong one. No worries, we’d be glad to accommodate you! Just contact us to arrange for an exchange.
If purchased online, we will accept returns of product back to our warehouse in new, unused condition within 21 days of leaving our warehouse. Please contact us via the form below for instructions on returning your products. We will process your credit within 3 days of receipt of the product in acceptable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Credits will be valid for 6 months.
If purchased from one of our retailers, please return product in new, unused condition back to the store with the original receipt within the parameters of their return policies
If product is faulty, please contact us to make arrangements to have your product replaced as swiftly as possible. We want you to get to experiencing your Charleston & Harlow candles sooner than later!
*Please note that sale & clearance items are final sale. If packaging is returned in an unsellable state a 15% restocking fee will be levied from the credit. If item is unsellable for any reason beyond defect we will not accept the return. All returns/exchanges online must be pre-authorized by Charleston & Harlow prior to shipping the product back to us.
